– Air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet in the Caretaker’s House, Upper House-1, in the 3 double rooms and common room. In the 3 rooms you will find: 1 tray with electric coffee maker, tea, coffee, fruit, and cookies, replenished daily. The two houses also offer a welcome pack upon check-in.

Check-in from 3 p.m. For guests arriving on the island on the day of check-in, please inform us of your flight time and number in advance. For those already on the island, check-in will be between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. Guests must always inform us of their arrival time so that we can welcome them to our farm.

How to get to Quinta de São Caetano:

From the airport, take the expressway towards “Lagoa” and exit at “Livramento.” Then head towards the beaches, “Praia das Milícias and Praia do Pópulo.” Head towards the city of Lagoa and, approximately 500 meters after Praia do Pópulo, on the regional road, on your left, you will find a green electric gate with signs indicating “Quinta de São Caetano – Turismo Rural” with the number 195. When you arrive, you can ring the bell or call: +351919280510. The distance from the airport to Quinta de São Caetano is about 12km.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

– Cancellations up to 30 days prior to check-in date – no charge

– Cancellations between 30 and 4 days prior to check-in date – 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged

– Cancellations 3 days or less prior to check-in date – the total reservation amount will be charged

– No show: payment of the total amount of the reservation.

Payment: 50% upon confirmation of the reservation by bank transfer and the remaining 50% during the stay.
