Check-in: from 3pm. We ask our guests to check in on the day they arrive on the island to inform us of their flight number and time. For guests who are already on the island, we ask you to inform us of the time you intend to arrive at the Quinta so that we can welcome you.

Check-out: by 11 a.m.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellations up to 30 days before check-in date – no charge
Cancellations between 29 and 4 days before check-in date – payment of 30% of the total reservation
Cancellations 3 days or less before check-in date – payment of the total reservation
No show: payment of the total reservation.
